Multi4you Marketing ("we", "our", "the app") helps businesses manage their WhatsApp Business communication — contacts, campaigns, templates, chats, orders and voice calls. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: your name, email and phone number (to create and secure your account).
• Business content: WhatsApp messages, contacts, templates and media (images, documents, voice notes) that you send or receive through the app.
• Media & audio: photos you attach and voice messages/calls you record — only when you use those features (camera, microphone).
• Device info: a Firebase push token and device identifiers, used to deliver notifications.
• Payment info: if you subscribe, payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

2. How we use it

To provide the service — send/receive WhatsApp messages, run campaigns, deliver notifications, place/manage orders, and support your account. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app:

• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — to deliver your messages.
• Google Firebase — for push notifications.
• Razorpay — for payments (if you subscribe).

These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We never sell data.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see contact below).

5. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access tokens and keys are encrypted at rest.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us. On request we will delete your account and personal data.

7. Children

This app is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
